Booking Policy
All appointments and trainings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. This deposit is applied to your total.
Late Policy
There is a 10-minute grace period for appointments. Arrivals past this window may be canceled or rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows result in loss of deposit. Trainings require 72 hours’ notice for changes.
No Extra Guests
To maintain a calm, focused space, no guests or children are allowed unless being serviced or attending training.
Product Returns
All product sales are final. No returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
